First, I need to apologize to my loyal followers that an entire year has passed without a single post on my blog. To catch you up…here’s a quick list of what has happened, followed by a few photos of new sessions.
1. Made the BIG move from Japan back to the states alone with my 2 young boys AND pregnant!
2. Anxiously waited for my husband to join us…and waited…and waited.
3. Delivered (by c-section) my beautiful baby girl into our world. :)
4. Moved from MD to WV to VA, then back to WV…just to move back to VA again soon.
Through all of this craziness, I have been trying to be patient, positive, and thankful for the basics in life: God, family, and kind friends. With all of this said, I have been blessed enough to have the opportunity to photograph some families through this transition time in my life. Enjoy!

This day was COLD!! The kids (and parents too!) were such troopers and patient with my requests…their Christmas photos turned out great anyway!

I was so lucky a few months ago to photograph brand new baby Melina and then her parents and grandma! Talk about a gorgeous family!! Not only was Baby Melina just gorgeous, but she was an ideal newborn for her photo session!! She was such a beauty…

A week later, we went to the Kintai Bridge to photograph the whole family while Grandma was visiting. It’s such an easy photo shoot when the family is so fun and photogenic!

Several months ago, I did a promo session for Tutus for Troops…another military wife who makes adorable tutus for little girls!! In looking through my sessions to post, I noticed that I never shared these, so hear ya go! :)
(I think this session still stands as one of my absolute favorites….maybe it’s because I don’t have any cute, little girls of my own – just 2 awesome boys!)
